LeKMA, MCE ATTENDS SOD CUTTING CEREMONY FOR REMOULDING OF THE GHANA MILITARY ACADEMY


Hon. Evelyn Naa Adjeley Twum-Gyamrah , LeKMA Municipal Chief Executive represented the people of Teshie for the sod cutting ceremony  for the remoulding of Ghana Military Academy which was held at Teshie Military Academy this morning. 
Present for the ceremony were His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo the president of the Republic of Ghana and the Commander in Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces , Hon. Dominic Nitiwul, MP, Minister for Defence, Hon. Abross Derry, MP, Minister for interior and a host of other important and prominent dignitaries.
The project scope of work will Include:
 Three - Storey Military Academy Hostels with 240self contained Rooms .
 Two-Bedroom, Four Storey Blocks of 16 flats for platoon commanders.
 Two-Storey Military Academy Classrom block, tomention but few.
This Military housing project, is thus expected to improve working conditions and enhance operational efficiency and  effectiveness of the GAF. The project is designed as a forward-looking intervention that is expected to deliver fit-for-purpose accommodation and offices for the military across Ghana.

Teshie will benefit from this huge developmental project. God bless the president of Ghana.

LeKMA INAUGURATES ASSEMBLY AND UNIT COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Earlier yesterday, a  mammoth gathering was held at the Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly Office to inaugurate Assembly and Unit Committee Members. The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Evelyn Naa Adjeley Twum-Gyamrah in her speech, commended the Assembly and unit committee members for a well fought fight and charged them to come and work hard to support the Assembly, Especially in the areas of Sanitation and Revenue mobilation, as developmental resources will be allocated by the resources generated in their respective electoral areas. The colourful ceremony which brought happiness to many, especially, the Assemblyman and unit committee members was done in grandstyle which saw high profile  dignitaries like : The Representative of the President of the Republic of Ghana, Hon.
