LeKMA MCE COMMISSIONS FIRST PHASE OF TESHIE KROBO 'ONE' BASIC SCHOOL, 3 STOREY, 18 UNIT CLASSROOM BLOCK.







The much awaited day was here today, as the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Evelyn Naa Adjeley Twum-Gyamrah commissioned the 3- storey, 6 unit classroom block, which forms the first phase of the project. The project was funded with the  Urban Development Grant (UDG) and comprised 6 Classrooms, a Staff common room, Assembly Hall, Computer lab, Library, washrooms and kitchen.

Madam Emily Akafia, (the Headmistress of the school), Mrs. Gloria Clerk, (the Municipal Education Director), the Coordinating Director of LeKMA, the Presiding Member, Constituency Party Executives and Assembly members were some of the dignitaries present.

The MCE in her speech advised the students to study hard and take advantage of the free secondary Education and the local government scholarship through the Assembly. She also charged both teachers and students to keep the facility in good shape at all times.The MCE  assured, that the Assembly will soon provide the school with brand new furniture.

The teachers and pupils couldn't hide their joy on this very important occasion. They danced in jubilation and thanked the President of the Republic of Ghana and Municipal Chief Executives for attending to their needs.

"The willingness to develop Ledzokuku is great and hence the difficulty that confronts us can never be greater. One after the other all developmental issues shall be tackled", the  MCE added.
