LeKMA INAUGURATES ASSEMBLY AND UNIT COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Earlier yesterday, a  mammoth gathering was held at the Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly Office to inaugurate Assembly and Unit Committee Members. The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Evelyn Naa Adjeley Twum-Gyamrah in her speech, commended the Assembly and unit committee members for a well fought fight and charged them to come and work hard to support the Assembly, Especially in the areas of Sanitation and Revenue mobilation, as developmental resources will be allocated by the resources generated in their respective electoral areas. The colourful ceremony which brought happiness to many, especially, the Assemblyman and unit committee members was done in grandstyle which saw high profile  dignitaries like : The Representative of the President of the Republic of Ghana, Hon. LeKMA MCE GIVES A WHOPPING GH¢11,100 AND 336 ITEMS TO SUPPORT ASSEMBLY ASPIRANTS.

The joy on the faces of our Assembly Aspirants, Unit Committee Memebers, Constituency Executives, Council of Elders...Today, was as a result of the love shown them by the committed, Dedicated, Hardworking and Result of Oriented MCE,  Hon. Evelyn Naa Adjeley Twum-Gyamrah The MCE did the unexpected but gangatic donation today. The items she gave were:  1.GH¢500.00 each to all the twelve(12) Assembly aspirants of the party. 2. GH¢100.00 each to all the fifty-one (51) Unit Committee Aspirants of the party. 3. Five (5) solar lamps and Five (5) solar power bank charger each to all the twelve(12) Assembly Aspirants of the party. 4. LeKMA MCE COMMISSIONS FIRST PHASE OF TESHIE KROBO 'ONE' BASIC SCHOOL, 3 STOREY, 18 UNIT CLASSROOM BLOCK.

The much awaited day was here today, as the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Evelyn Naa Adjeley Twum-Gyamrah commissioned the 3- storey, 6 unit classroom block, which forms the first phase of the project. The project was funded with the  Urban Development Grant (UDG) and comprised 6 Classrooms, a Staff common room, Assembly Hall, Computer lab, Library, washrooms and kitchen. Madam Emily Akafia, (the Headmistress of the school), Mrs. Gloria Clerk, (the Municipal Education Director), the Coordinating Director of LeKMA, the Presiding Member, Constituency Party Executives and Assembly members were some of the dignitaries present. The MCE in her speech advised the students to study hard and take advantage of the free secondary Education and the local government scholarship through the Assembly. LeKMA, MCE ATTENDS SOD CUTTING CEREMONY FOR REMOULDING OF THE GHANA MILITARY ACADEMY

Hon. Evelyn Naa Adjeley Twum-Gyamrah , LeKMA Municipal Chief Executive represented the people of Teshie for the sod cutting ceremony  for the remoulding of Ghana Military Academy which was held at Teshie Military Academy this morning.  Present for the ceremony were His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo the president of the Republic of Ghana and the Commander in Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces , Hon. Dominic Nitiwul, MP, Minister for Defence, Hon. Abross Derry, MP, Minister for interior and a host of other important and prominent dignitaries. The project scope of work will Include:  Three - Storey Military Academy Hostels with 240self contained Rooms .  Two-Bedroom, Four Storey Blocks of 16 flats for platoon commanders.  Two-Storey Military Academy Classrom block, tomention but few.
